| 業務内容 | • Experience in installing and configuring Middleware Applications (WAS; WebLogic; IIS and others) in clustered environments. • Familiarity with WebSphere Message Broker 5.X, 6.X. • Familiarity with Websphere MQ 6.0. • Some Experience with WSRR (WebSphere Service Registry and Repository). • UNIX Environment experience on AIX and Sun Solaris. • Experience with IIS 7 configuration and installation • Experience of WAS clustering. • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills. • Ability to learn and apply new technologies. • Practical understanding of TCP/IP; DNS; Proxy Server and switched/routed networks. • Thorough understanding of principles and methods to support Web Server architecture and e-Business environments. • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues in English or Japanese and be able to communicate issues in layman's terms. |
| 条件 | • Appropriate communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and management. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to learn how business issues may impact overall business plans. • Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues in relation to single and multi-tiered load balanced web environments. • Ability to manage and prioritize many competing tasks. • Ability to perform work independently on assignments with all unusual issues being escalated to the web team lead. • Good documentation skills. |
